Data fields include Number, Period, Name, Regular Hours, Rate, Amount, Overtime Hours, Rate, Amount, Deductions, Actual Pay, Pay Date, Employee Signature, Supervisor Approval and six columns for three IN/OUT Punch cycles with Total Column. Notched bottom design enables time clock to detect correct side of time card. Heavy duty card stock.1000 per box.
